I just want to thank Parker, Nick, Seth and John for all of the articles, photos, tweets and other information from Spring Training. Not quite like "being there" (it's still a little chilly here) but it added a lot more depth, analysis and understanding than many of the mainstream media reports available this spring.

Thanks, too, to all of the TD posters who were at Spring Training and took the time to post bits of info and photos. They added a lot of background and color to the more formal reports. (I don't want to say specific names because I know I'll forget someone but there have been so many interesting posts filled with observations, humor and photos).

Here's to a season that is BETTER than most of us anticipate!

I also greatly appreciated it. It gave me something other than the forums to read, which got a little gloomy at times. I am thankful that we are finally about to start the season and can focus on what is happening in the games rather than what did or did not happen during the offseason. PLAY BALL!

Agreed. TD has been pretty awesome the past month-plus (even if our favorite club hasn't been!).

You have no idea how excited we were to be able to send the guys out to Ft Myers this March.

Great job by Seth, Nick, John, and Parker. I think it's safe to say we'll make this an annual event from now on.

Yes, it was a fantastic idea and provided the best news from spring training, by far.

In years past, I've scoured the local Twin Cities papers for news online. This year I only went to the STrib or PP if someone mentioned an article. Otherwise, I used this site for all ST news and tidbits and never even thought to go elsewhere, because I didn't need to. And not being local to the TC, I have no other sources such as television and radio for various sports news programming; TD is it. So heartfelt thanks for all you put into it and making TD my 'one-stop shopping' for all things Twins.

Idiots will be idiots. Recognize it and don't be one yourself or engage in pointless dialog. Unless you are trying to entertain yourself.

It was nice to meet Seth, Nick and Parker down here. Chitown and Thrylos too. Always nice to be able to put a face with a name. And for what I'd call the downest spring training here since the place opened, the guys always managed to find something interesting to write about. Nice work!

Yeah the ST coverage was awesome. I remember discovering this site two years ago and having back and forths with my brother about how awesome the Twins coverage was compared to "traditional" sources. Now I sort of just take it as matter of fact when they do something awesome. And actually, as scornful as the forums may get I learn quite a bit from reading the posters on here too.
