    2013 Celebrity Death Pool

It's time to get ready for the 7th annual Celebrity Death Pool! Start compiling your lists for 2013. Rules are:

    - Pick 25 celebrities that you think may pass away during 2013.
    - Points are earned based on age. 100 minus their age. So if someone on your list dies and was 88 years old, you earn 12 points. If someone was 24, you earn 76 points.
    - Celebrities are allowed per my approval. They need to be pretty well known. George Clooney's nephew does not count, but Michael Lohan would be allowed.
    - No terrorists allowed. OBL or Saddam was one thing, but if you have Al Qaeda's top 25 most wanted for your list, that's not going to work.
    - Winner will receive a prize TBD.

    - Send completed lists to me here via PM. Lists will be accepted through Jan 2nd, 2013. Let me know if you have any questions.

    - We've had over 20 participants the past 4 years. Let's make it even more this year! We've only had 2 champs in this game. Myself in 2007, 2008, and 2012 (if standings hold for the next 3 weeks) and batista4goldglove in 2009, 2010, and 2011. Who's going to beat us?!?!
If Twins can't re-sign Hunter, plans are to trade, sign a FA or go in-house to find a replacement.

I am in. My only question is if we submit a list before Jan. 2nd and someone on it dies, will the pick count or will we be able to replace that pick?

This is hilarious and only slightly in bad taste. My wheels are turning.

I can't think of a single person who is a sure thing or even a 50% shot at this point. Could be a shutout for me this year if I don't get lucky.

Yes, if someone dies before 2013, you will be able to replace that pick.

Country music singer Patti Page died today at the age of 85. Pius Jefferson had her on his list for 15 points. Obviously, any lists I receive between now and Jan 7th cannot have her on them.

    Current Standings
    1. Pius Jefferson (Patti Page) - 15 points
