I welcome your choices as well and feel free to tell me I don't know what I am talking about as it is all in pure fun. This is a subjective topic so it doesn't have to be the guys having the best years this year, but who you think is the best hitters in the game.

Pretty good list. I'd remove Mauer and Tulo and add Prince Fielder and Evan Longoria.

Longoria is one that should probably be on this list... Others I considered were Granderson (he's been pretty good), Tulo and Hanley.
