Sano went 11/15 on stolen bases? That's not a lot by any means, but that's a respectable percentage for a guy I think of as a big, slow masher

Sano was the #1 overall pick in the draft last year. Can't get much higher than that.

He's not slow at all. He is a big man, so he's not in the Buxton speed category, but he's not slow. Watch him score from first on a double sometime. He can get going pretty well.

Remember that Corey Koskie had 20 SB a time or two and it was because he was such a smart base runner and had deceptive speed early. Sano's faster than that.

Sano would make a great tight end. His legs are 28 inches around, but he has fast twitch muscles, which is also why he has such otherworldly bat speed.

Sano has very good speed for a man his size. He and Walker remind me of each other alot. Both beat out more infield hits than you would think probable and both look extremely athletic scoring from second base on singles through the infield. With both being 6'4 225+ lbs. - they are not just fast for their size, but faster than most of the players on their respective teams. I can see both having 20 SB seasons as a professional at the MLB level.

Might be the best minor league football (NFL) organization as well . What upside -

At least they would look the part
    Stewart: Quarterback
    Buxton: Wide Receiver / Cornerback
    Sano: Tightend / Middle Linebacker
    Walker: Tightend / Outside Linebacker
JD Williams: Wide Receiver / Cornerback
Vargas: Left Guard / Defensive Line
Gonzalez: Left Tackle / Defensive Line
Stu Turner: Fullback / Middle Linebacker
