Sort of fitting that Humber's battery mate for the perfecto was one Anthony John Pierzynski. When you stop and look at it, it's been a pretty nice career for A.J. - A World Series ring, made two All-Star teams, catches a no-hitter and a perfect game.

In answer to the second question I'll go with Matt Cain or Felix Hernandez.

SAN FRANCISCO — Matt Cain has talked openly of his lifelong dream of throwing a perfect game. It’s no longer just a dream.
Cain threw the first perfect game in the San Francisco Giants’ long and storied history Wednesday night at AT&T Park, striking out 14 in a 10-0 victory over the Houston Astros.

[P.S. I know who will win the Presidency in November...]

    Hernandez perfect against Rays

The Mariners' Felix Hernandez pitched the season's third perfect game, a 1-0 win.

    Bwa-ha-ha-ha-ha!!

Two for two! Perfect games to boot!
