Chris Jaffe: Minnesota Twins Are One Game Over .500 All-Time

If the club is looking for incentive for a strong finish, here it is.

With the Twins' loss yesterday in Oakland, the franchise’s all-time cumulative since moving to Minnesota now stands exactly one game over .500: 4,123-4,122. So if the Twins lose tonight, their all-time Minnesota record will no longer be over .500.
He notes that they went over .500 in 2006 after dropping below in 1997.

That's amazing to me... Mainly because I remember the 70's and early 80's.

Well, today they took care of the 1 game over. Let's hope they can keep it at least even from here on out.

Back in early May, who would thought somebody would be able to say this in 2012?

THE TWINS ARE A .500 TEAM.

Has any mlb team ever use 3 catchers in a lineup like the Twins?
