What happened to the "What's New" button in the toolbar?
Is it gone and/or replaced with the "shop" button or has that always been there?
Please bring back the "what's new" button.Man is born free, but everywhere he is in chains.

How many use this button? Could I get a head count?

Be sure to also take a count of those who use the shop button.
I also see room for about three more buttons on this bar, so are other buttons forthcoming?Man is born free, but everywhere he is in chains.

I never used the 'What's New' button intentionally. But I did just use the shop button. How could I resist shopping? But was disappointed there were no shoes.

The button is the closest feature this site has to a live feed, which is very useful in game threads, to see posts go up as they are posted with the content largely included -- rather than constantly having to refresh the browser. It's also nice that you can see who and what threads are being posted to at any moment -- if there is a hot topic going on in real time.
I said please and asked a genuine question. I'm sure that many people do use this, but won't think to look here in an obscure forum to contribute their voices of support.Man is born free, but everywhere he is in chains.

Well, I didn't remove the button just because I was bored. The page only gets about 30 page views a day.
By comparison, this thread (which was created at 7pm last night), received 22 views in just five hours.
Simply put, the button wasn't performing. I'm going to be making wholesale changes to the navigation in the coming months and this was the first step toward implementing those changes.
The page is still available, by the way. It's no longer linked from the main navigation, that's all.
