No, I won't comment. I love my job. I had a big long rant that I just deleted so I wouldn't regret posting it somewhere down the line.

You guys are allowed to go out in public? I thought you couldn't leave your mom's basement?

[in response to a joke since deleted...]
Always has to be one guy who ruins it for everyone else.

Thanks but it's pretty limited.

Both sides bring suggestions. I talk with our Major League staff periodically about data they want/need and try to get that to them. I talk to our Director of Pro Scouting about everyday, sometimes...

Doing my best to do the things mentioned above like any scout would do.

Weighing it is a pretty difficult thing to do. I would say it's impossible to do 50/50 because it's human nature to lean a little more one way or the other. I love scouting and I'm not able to get...

Anyone have any food recommendations? Also, include where it is located in the ballpark. I don't know my way around too well.

ill scout the Futures Game on Sunday and after that spend some time at HR Derby with my dad and go the game with my family on Tues. I haven't watched a game with my family ever.

I thought that was really funny. What kind of dumb ass member of a front office jumps into a discussion board?

Go ahead. Ask away.

So I can answer more questions about why we non-tendered David Ortiz?

Isn't that what interns are for?

In all seriousness, I don't know Brock so he may or may not "fit in". But I guarantee your perception of our Baseball Ops staff isn't quite what you believe it to be.

Fitting in isn't an issue. Our team is locked in a secret part of Target Field and given food and water only at lunch. We are allowed out in the "yard" one hour per day and not allowed to speak...

Don't forget the ability to "fire it through the Internet".

Every job posting for a position similar to this with a club has required SQL Server experience.

Thanks. it has been tough doing advanced analysis on an abacus and collecting scouting report info that has been filed on loose-leaf sheets of paper. The visual reporting is all done with pencil and...

Standard requirement for all job postings. That, along with ability to lift 55 lbs.

Don't think I won't look through those to see all your smart ass comments.
