Deduno has 220 career innings as an MLB starter, with a FIP of 4.55 and xFIP of 4.34 (too small a sample for ERA to be indicative). His run prevention abilities are average but he doesn't pitch deep...

The also don't sign crappy SP to save money, they signed an expensive Cuban, they deal for guys closer to the majors when dealing good players, they aren't afraid to bring guys up from the minors...
I certainly hope all five of those guys aren't gone when the Twins pick at #5! Though I guess wouldn't put it past the Cubs to somehow find a loophole for them to grab two of them at pick #4.
