10 names? Nick Gordon is top 60 !
Cubs #1 , Twins #2 or #3
The Seattle Mariners seemed poised to challenge the L.A. Angels for the 4th seeding in the American League playoffs this year. As the #1 AL Wild Card.
They could use a bat with some thunder to...

Hopefully, by mid-season or end of year.
Our rotation is
1. Gibson/ Meyer
3. Gibson / Meyer
yeah its kinda sad
Bartlett Guerrier and possibly even Kubel
have ziltch shot at making the 25 man team. Kubel might make it, but clearly on track record.
great article, nice photos!
i think 5th spot is shaping up like this:
Luckily we'll probably be able to keep Worley in AAA after he goes un-claimed when he is...

Tell me that when we find a leadoff hitter as good as Ben Revere ...... I'm stil waiting...
(might be waiting till past i'm dead)
And No Byron Buxton should not be a leadoff hitter (he may have...

Getting Nothing for Ben Revere.
Essentially Giving Revere away could haunt us for the next decade.
Speeed and EVERYDAY leadoff hitter is underrated NO he's not a CF but DH ing Revere or putting...

Well then that settles it, THAT WAS QUICK!
I'm still looking forward to Twins baseball today! I will get to see the game on TV while its snowing out here!
As for Mr. Sano keep ur head up and...
Either way it looks like much of if NOT ALL OF Miguel's 2014 is a lost season.
Rosario has the short end of it it turns out.
Miguel should not play a single game in 2014, if he's not 100%...
Man This is really disheartening stuff, The worst thing now is if the Twins are in that grey area or on the fence about which direction to choose:
1: Rest AND ReHab. (which lets face it,...
I'd really love to have the closest thing to RHP Braden Shipley from last year IN THIS draft.
He was a great college pitcher people seemed to think he'd be only average or a 4th starter type at...
I WANT THE BRADEN SHIPLEY of this draft.
SHipley fell to arizona d'backs last yr and was a FINE college JR. should of been a top 7 or 8 pick fell to low mid teens?
I want him, HEY Jeremy...

Wow. I'm shocked and saddened by this news. Really the only thing on Everyone's mind is the health for You Mr. Ryan. Health and Family come first. Baseball is a distant second.
Get Well TR! ...
THorpe at 17 , is probably not going to end up being 6'1" ..... Don't you think closer to 6'3" ? I do. Even if he is 6'1 or 6'2 ...thats juuust enough.
Thorpe would probably be a late 1st round...
He is a father, which is great, but interesting that Mauer's Twins and Buxton's first child are almost the same age....
Just a cool random thought....
I hope Bux realizes he's got a looong way...

I'd say 72-90 is a little harsh.
I think 74-88 or 75-87 is more like it.
Mauer will not OPS greater than .900 BUt should be stronger than .775. FInd the happy-medium to that.
The 2nd half...
THanks for the question hobbs.
Absolutely! I would of started him in AAA Rochester if he mashed in ST, if he didn't hit very well in Spring Trainging I would of sent him to AA New Britian.
Hicks , assuming last season's massive over-rush didn't completely ruin him, will one day be an adequate or quality big leaguer. It might be 3 years from now, but it will happen eventually.
I am proud to say that literally NO Twins fans liked the Wilson Ramos for Matt Capps trade as just pondering that again makes you sick to you're stomach.
^ I call bs on that. I was sort of pleasanty surprised at the return we netted for Revere too, but that was more an indictement on the Twins FO and all the recent botched trades before that; than Ben...

Thrylos, Maybe you like the Twins mlb.com list better than BA's Twins specific list, and thats fine. But you can't possibly think their accumiltive lists are better than BA's or even John Sickles' or...
RE: Crickets chirping
And I expected them to (allllll off-season long)
I didn't figure we'd sign Nolasco and Hughes both. One of them ? Sure.
I was actually one of the fans, in the mindset...
