Thread: Picture of the Week - please give feedback

Back on BYTO, we used to have a weekly contest/game called PotW (Picture of the Week). It was a lot of fun and it allowed users to participate in poking fun at various aspects of the game. It wasn't necessarily all about the Twins but most of the content was Twins-related in some regard. Here's an example from a few years back:

I had quite a difficult time choosing which one to post here, for what it's worth... These things almost always end up being hilarious. Anyway, is this something the Twins Daily crowd would be interested in participating in if I handle the images, posting, etc? The basic idea is to post whatever imagery you like and then create a quotation to go along with it. If someone likes the pic, they can take it and add their own quote or they can post a new picture with a new quote. At the end of the week, we choose the best and it goes on the site somewhere (details to be sorted out).Post here if you like the idea, don't like it, let me know what you think.

It sounds like fun to me. I can't promise I'll be any good at it, but I'd try.

Seems like it could be entertaining. There are usually some good pictures from across the baseball world on any given week.

I didn't notice it was a problem until I started this thread. I'll look into it.

I want the Juan Castro one to be the initial example.

Yeah, it is. I got wrapped up in other projects this week so it was pushed back.
