    Lawyers in Ohio, Florida, or other close states could easily give Terry Ryan a cushion of a few extra days or even weeks to get that talent signed.

    According to MLBTR, looks like the signing off the Top 50 List happened first. According to Zach Links, David Ortiz and the BoSox agreed to a two-year deal today.
