The Mets are milking the Santana No-Hitter
The Mets are auctioning off all of the jersey's worn by players in the Johan Santana no-hitter. There are some balls going for $4000 each. Wow that's a lot of money for some memorabilia.

It's a huge deal for Mets fans, so I can understand the team making every $ they can off of it.

It is overkill, but I believe that (most) of the proceeds from the MLB official auctions go to charity.
