Stop! Hammer Time!
12 game hitting streak, and leading the league in homers? Gotta be one of the highlights of the season so far. Plus, my 5 year old has taken to calling him "Mr. Hammer"

I expected him to be an offensive upgrade over Cuddyer, but a 12 game hitting streak? Not what any of us saw, I don't think!

It's great to see him off to such a good start. Plus his defense has been better the last few games. Let's see how long he can keep it going.

I'm really enjoying watching him. His defense has been suspect at times, but he has been looking a lot better. And when he hits a Willing-homer, they are absolutely crushed.

He has been really great so far, and I know he will cool off, but the fact that he has the potential to crush any mistake made to him makes our lineup better.

Got to have a little fun with that MC Hammer song and the result was this: JD Hammer: Can't Catch This.
