Swarzak Throws From A Mound
Minnesota Twins: Anthony Swarzak ready, finally, to return to mound - TwinCities.com
But before you get too excited about his imminent return....
Anyone have a feel for how long it takes to get ramped up if he's still not even throwing from full distance? That doesn't sound too promising to me.Swarzak threw a light bullpen session that lasted just a few minutes and wasn't even from regulation distance. Afterward, he gave a fist bump to pitching coach Rick Anderson and a thumbs-up to a group of onlookers.
...
A valuable swingman who threw the fifth-most innings on last year's Twins pitching staff, Swarzak still doesn't know if there will be enough time to break camp with the big-league club. For now, he's just focused on the next challenge before him.

Let's hope that they are being very conservative. But maybe this will give a young guy a chance to establish himself.
