As long as the Twins don't throw guaranteed money at him like they did with Zumaya. You can sign a guy to a minor league deal but don't keep making the same mistakes over and over again.Quote:

Just something to be aware of... typically when a pitcher is having a throwing session, it means nothing more than that. As in, he's literally just playing catch, and not actually pitching.
If the Twins do sign him, it's not going to be right after this throwing session.
Ya his arm has to heal up for a couple weeks first so he use a pen to sign with.
Brandon could flat out pitch. If he can be signed to a minor league contract with tons of incentives, I would love it. Nothing to lose, and you just never know. And the twins always have Corriea for the next two years to rely on.
If it's a cheap minor league deal, why not? It's not like he'd be taking any innings from major league quality pitchers.
