Marcum and Villanueva. What are the chances?
What are the chances that the Twins would add Marcum and Villanueva to the starting rotation? Both would be top three starters right out of the date and both seem to be available.

The best you can hope for is one of those guys, I think.
And even that is a bit of stretch in the eyes of some.

Marcum would sign if the offer from the Brewers is a bad one. Villaneuva would be a possibility for signing in late January as a cheap no one really wants to pay for him kind of signing. Better odds would be a lottery ticket. That would be a 1 in 30 chance. I wouldn't mind being wrong.

They should quit messing around with the Corriea's of the world and go hard for Marcum. If Villanueva falls in their lap in January so be it.

Is there really a reason to add a new thread for these two guys, who already have individual threads going?
