Herrmann collects three hits for Peoria
Catcher Chris Herrmann, who was a September call-up for the Twins, collected three hits and scored a run for Peoria in an 8-4 loss to Surprise on Wednesday, in Arizona Fall League action. Outfielder Evan Bigley went hitless in four at-bats.

The AFL is all about Kyle Gibson this year... I really hope he pitches well. God knows the Twins need another arm.

The AFL is a major hitter's league. Regarding Gibson, I just want to see him stay healthy, get stronger and get those additional 25-29 innings so that he's ready to go to spring training with a chance.
And, to the point of the forum... That's Chris Herrmann being Chris Herrmann. he's a solid hitter who also walked, I believe.
Interesting that Bigley has played both games so far, but no Nate Roberts yet. Also, with Gibson starting today, we may also see Thielbar and Tonkin, and when will Logan Darnell pitch?

Tonkin 1 shut out inning
Darnell 2 shut out innings thus far.
And now Roberts 2-3 with a RBI single in the 8th.
