The Twins are the lady on the left, and boy oh boy, are they singing.

I was there on an extremely HOT day (Aug. 15) and there were lots of empty seats. I sat in the Legend's club for the first time. GREAT place to enjoy the game. We ate inside in the air conditioning. The seats were wider and padded. Food and beverage could be ordered from your seat. The bathrooms were super CLEAN and not crowded. Looking at the memorabilia in the display cases was awesome! I was a little underwhelmed by the food choices. The Twins had two hits in seven innings and then we left. My son gave me a free ticket for Sec. 107, row 10, a few weeks later, the seats were up from and just past first base. The seats faced into the outfield. It was the worst seat I've had in the stadium. I had to crank my entire body around to get a look at home plate, and in those narrow seats that is not an easy task. That was my biggest complaint about the Metrodome, how so few seats were angled to home plate. Yes, I realize that it was built for football, but thought this had been corrected at TF. I've been to about 20 games in the past three years at TF. I've been very pleased with the stadium, the parking, the seats--until that seat in Sec. 107. The removal of the beautiful trees was a mistake, but I'm still enamored with the field, the outdoor baseball atmosphere, and I have to drive 2 hrs. and 30 min. to get there. However, after two HORRIBLE seasons, the Twins need to show all fans, not just season ticket holders, that they are going to make some moves to put a more competitive team on the field. If they don't, the numbers will continue to dwindle.

I get to see the Twins in Anaheim, but dream of visiting Target Field. On the other hand, if the management of the team fails to make some bold moves, I can understand people not renewing their season tickets.

It was a relatively slow day in the world of Twins Baseball with only two of the five ball clubs active. Though that didn't prevent us from hearing some pretty newsworthy things. Twins first...
