    Mauer annoyed by casilla?

After watching some replay of last nights game against detroit i noticed that whenever casilla got the ball and gave one of his lazy side-arm, submarine flips to 1st, mauer would give him a little extra evil-eye stare. Anyone else notice this? Maybe some annoyance at it. I know gardies blood pressure probably goes up every time.

Personally, my blood pressure probably rises any time Deduno, DeVries, Duensing, Blackburn, or Gray are on the mound anyway, so it's tough for me to distinguish what causes it to rise, whether that be a lazy Casilla throw, a line drive to left field, or...well, any sort of ball put in play in general that isn't to RF.

I didn't pick up on that. I'd like to see Mauer grow into a leadership role though. It seems the current chemistry on the team is decent. Mornea, Mauer, Doumit, WillingHam, and Carrol are all veterans that seem to play well together. If only we had some arms to go with them.

Deal with it, Chief. Your torment probably only will last for another six weeks.

Well it must have been Casilla last night, unless the two hits through the first seven innings are cause for a stroke. Either that or, a couple of base runners with a seven run lead causes yoor blood to boil.

I never feel safe with a seven run lead anymore.
