Plouffe Returns
Word up folks. Trev is back on the scene. How do you TD participants think he will do in his return from the Disabled List?
My Take: 2-4, Single, HR, 1RBI, 1BB, 2 Runs, 2 K, No Errors.

2-3, 2B, BB, 2 RBI, No Ks, and at least one nifty play at 3B.

I am a little worried about Plouffe over the last few weeks of this season. He says he's not going to be completely healthy the rest of the season. That could lead to questionable performances.

Impressive....
Definitely too early to sign him up for long term reps at 3b, I agree with giving him the nod for 2013 and seeing where it takes him. There are bigger issues for the team to focus on and its nice to have some level of competence and a bat in that corner.

I think its pretty apparent the guy can handle major league pitching, 15 home runs or whatever in 25 games isn't a fluke.

yeah, plouffe has earned his spot for the forseable future. The team needs lots of pitching and some middle infield help potentially.

I'm late to the party, but assuming he plays tonight, I'd like to begin the betting by saying Plouffe will have his first hit tonight after returning from the dreaded DL. It will be a double, and he will be 1-3 with a BB, and a backwards K.

Since he now owns the hot corner (previously owned by the Coom Dawg), can we please call him Plouffe Dawg?

Besides, Plouffesaurus Rex carries so much more gravitas.

Twins Minor League Report (5/23): Baxendale,...
I’ve been following the Twins minor league system pretty much daily for the past eight years. I can honestly say that I have not seen a pitcher have an opening stretch like DJ Baxendale has had this...
