Baker AND Gibson AND Hendriks the first part of next year?
The Twins will be fortunate if one of them is pitching at Major League level before June.
This pitching staff is going to need a boost from a FA (or 2); patchwork for a period of time; prayer for speedy and solid recoveries; and for everybody to stay off the DL.

This. He wasn't quite ready before his injury... and he's having success in the GCL, not AAA. I'd imagine he will spend a good chunk of next year working the rust off in Rochester... It isn't unusual to have people increase their velocity after Tommy John. What is unusual is to have their command suddenly improve. That takes some time, and I'd rather he figure that out again in AAA as opposed to Minnesota.
