Will the Twins trade for Greinke?

I am liking this. Twins are in my blood but really liking what the Angels have done with a mix of youth and veterans. Oh yea, and Pujols.

I'm going to have to go with "no." The Twins won't trade for Greinke.

Darn, I was sure that Ryan would finally go for it and trade prospects to close that one hole we had in the lineup..../s
    Win Twins.

Damn, now we need to focus on convincing Ryan to trade Willingham for Bundy straight up.

Maybe the Rangers will want to counter with Frankie

The Rangers will want to do something bigger, like Josh Johnson or Garza (not likely) or even Dempster (though I'd bet he says no).
    Win Twins.

I think as long as we get something of value for Ramos we can consider this a good deadline.

    1) The Marlins themselves have said that it would take a large load of prospects to get them to move Johnson
    2) According to MLBTR, Garza has been told by the Cubs that he isn't going anywhere
    3) If Dempster is going anywhere, I have to believe that it will be to the Dodgers

That more or less leaves the Rangers to either go after James Shields, who I have to imagine is also very pricey, or Liriano, who should be less pricey than Shields, and that's if they even want a new SP.

    Traded to the Angels
