Well here it is, September, the stretch run. For me tied for the second best time of year with opening week and trails only October. This is the time of year when series become critical. I know a win in April counts the same as a win in September. However there is one major difference, a team with a losing streak early in the season has all sorts of time to recover. Well it was an extremely disappointing series against the WhiteSox. Liriano’s trade value probably took a hit and the bullpen was shelled.
