Am I the only one that has almost no luck whatsoever with the search function? For instance, I can search for myself using the simple phrase "2015" (A number which I know I said during offseason discussions) and I get no results. No matter how vague I make my advanced search, I can't pin down old posts.

Am I just incompetent at this or are others having this problem too?

The search function found this thread when I did that search.

In seriousness, tested some more, only find the problem when I search by username.

I got the search to work the way you want it to.

After you go to the "Advanced Search" page, select the "Search Single Content Type" option and make sure the search type is "Posts", before typing in 2015 and your username.

When I did that I ended up with 24 posts found.

Hmm, had tried that. I'll have to keep fiddling with it I guess.

And no wisecracks about that second line.
