Saw it last night on ESPN. Wow. Even the baby seal-clubbers on this site have to appreciate the athleticism. It might be the catch of the year thus far, but it's quite likely he'll make at least a dozen more before the season's over- Wow.

He had another double play catch just a few days earlier:

It was one of the best catches I've seen. Full sprint back, leaving his feet to catch it over his shoulder and landing on his belly on the warning track. It reminds me of a catch Jacque Jones made in 2002.

Revere plays so shallow, he needs to make catches like that to get to liners. A lot of center fielders don't have to dive for that ball. But most center fielders don't steal as many singles as he does.

Good to see Ben making up for his offense this season.
Better looking with the lights out.

I know it's been a long time since last season, but he did hit .294 and stole 40 based last year. Not bad for a kid who still hasn't played a full year of MLB level baseball.

That reminds me, I gotta go get my Phillies/Twins tickets

Which was better... this catch or the robbery that Hicks put on Dunn?

Revere's was better but I enjoyed Hicks' more.
