hmm go into the game early and watch the team's workout, or free beer. Think I'm gonna have to go with free beer. I'll be there!

Unfortunately, I'll be in town for the weekand and the Futures Game, but will head home on Monday, but it sounds like a lot of fun!

Well, I was wondering what I was going to do before the home run derby. Now I have an answer. I'm going to probably be there.

mike, Eno will be there.

Steve, this sure seems like a good reason to extend to a 3-day weekend.

It would actually be extending a 3-day weekend in to a 4-day weekend, since we're coming up on Friday. Even then, I'd do it if it were just me, but I'll have 6 members of my family making the trip and most of them don't have the schedule flexibility that I do, unfortunately.

Flying solo, I'd be there. However, it may take a bit to convince the wife... I already pulled the "All Star Game as our vacation" trick off, anything else might be greedy. :P

I'll do my best. Sounds like it'll be fun.

I'm going to at least drink an ounce of beer for every home run. Probably two ounces per.

Trying to figure out how early I would need to leave work from crosstown and 169 to get there, through ASG and normal traffic. .....

This sounds excellent. Thanks John and TwinsDaily for putting this on. My wife and I will be there with metaphorical bells on. Not real ones - that would just be silly.

I have never been more motivated to accomplish household chores in St. Paul without leaving my Minneapolis parking spot. It might require some soul selling, but the return of beer, food and Bonnes is too good to resist.

I was just reminded that my wife's birthday is Monday. I wanted to remind her we will be together for many years, but this is a once in a lifetime meetup, but that seemed like a bad idea.

We'll see what our plans turn out to be......kind of depends on our oldest son's ability to get out of work by dinner time.

And, thanks for the nice offer, John. She likes good beer.
