If you look at the above line and ask me why he was the pick of the night, my answer would simply be "because I needed to pick one". In a night where no pitcher, starter or reliever, had a good night, I went with Shibuya. He was roughed up last start, so to see him bounce back to a "respectable" ...

I realized just now that last night's edition did NOT have the May 23rd game for the Twins. This cold is getting to me. Thankfully it's on its last days.

Despite not getting the win for New Britain today, Bromberg gave them a good shot at winning before the relievers and defense blew it.

Sorry, got wiped out by a nasty cold and slept all day yesterday. Here is the May 22nd version, I should hopefully have the May 23rd version done tonight after the Twins game.

Sorry for no update yesterday, attached is the recap from today. No Hitter or Pitcher of the day, but Jeff Manship did go strong in what could be a tryout for the big team. Despite no game from the Twins today, the organization has a much better day, winning in all 4 levels today, all but 1 convincingly.

First and foremost I would like to wish my brother a Happy 30TH Birthday today! You are and always will be my favorite person to talk baseball with. If it weren't for Beloit losing in the 11th inning tonight, the Twins would have given you clean sweep across all four levels for your birthday present. Regardless, I hope you enjoyed your day.
