    With the Winter Meetings coming to an end, I thought it would be a good time to take a look at the offseason happenings in the AL Central. Included are the major moves each team has made, a recap of those moves and a grade on how each team has done up to this point.

  2. Josh Willingham: Breaking (him) down

    Josh Willingham is coming off the worst full season of his career. It's very easy to say that this was due to a 34 year old player reaching his inevitable decline. But is it really that simple? I wanted to take a deeper look at the numbers to see if this was the case.
