Louie Varland was the Twins 15th round draft pick in 2019 out of Concordia University in St. Paul. He was a multi-sport athlete at North St. Paul High School and then chose to become a Golden Bear, joining his brother Gus (who was drafted by the A's a year earlier). He made a couple of appearances at Elizabethton in that summer of 2019. And then came this crazy 2020 year and season.
Join us live at 6:00 tonight to watch and participate by sending your questions. We'll cover a ton of topics from his youth ball, to getting drafted, signing, his development and much more.

Enjoyed the interview, Seth, Thanks.
Too bad I can't do these live as I would have had a few more questions about Lunch. Is another old friend who I haven't seen in probably over 15 years. Great guy who knows everyone involved in baseball in Minnesota and beyond. Was surprised to hear that Lunch's son is also involved at Concordia.
