I spoke too soon, although that Hamilton hit should have been a double play...Joe has a nice stretch at first...and just like that they are behind 2-1...ahoot!! I jinxed him....

Hughes' spot on this roster it tentative enough without sucking defensively.

5 ground balls and zero outs. The baseball gods hate us.

Yeah you can't have that with a team like the Rangers.

And Willingham gets in on the action by throwing to the wrong base.

Swarzak didn't deserve that... You know I didn't deserve that inning

Compared to how Liriano looked yesterday, Swarzak looks like Cy Young.

The grounders are finding the gaps, I guess that's what happens with the infield they put out there.

Hughes yeah. You gotta hit a bunch to overcome that type of defense and luck. Hopefully we will.

On the bright side, the Rangers have hit some balls pretty deep into the outfield that have been caught. I can't tell if Swarzak is pitching to contact and being efficient, or the Rangers are just uber-aggressive and are jumping on his pitches.

Looks like he just hasn't really grooved anything... He's mixing things up. Looks like a pro.

Our boys need to get some runs for Swarzak....Willingham caught that? Good...improvement...Delmon wouldn't have caught that.

Pretty sure being agressive is Texas' prerogative every game. That's why our pitching staff always struggles against them

Damn willinghammer.. Even when he's not hitting home runs, his base hits are getting absolutely crushed
