Lance Ray has one of the sweetest swings I have seen. He'll play RF and 1B for Ft. Myers this year. He had 15 homers last year in Beloit.
Andy Leer was the 25th round pick in 2010 out of the University of Mary in Bismarck, ND.

Did Hughes really move over to SS? Interesting.
I like Lance Ray. Total breakout candidate this year.

The best hitter I saw last year in a Snapper uni was Arica, then it was a big drop to Ray as second. That is more about Oswaldo then about Ray. (Besides you got to love saying Oswaldo, if this was the 90's there would have had to have been a cheesy game on the "Jumbotron" around wheres Oswaldo? Between the Hotdog song and the Great Tire race.)

And Capps gives up a 2 R HR to Cody Rogers
He is not going to be good this year, either.I don't see it happening.

So Gameday says "In play, run(s)" on Capps getting Carlos Pena to fly out to end the ninth... I really hope these bugs are fixed by the end of spring training... if they're trying to get me to spend money on MLB.tv, I would, if they wouldn't blackout Twins' games!

Looks like the Rays didn't want to play one more inning, so the game ends in a tie.
I bent my wookie...

Examining Oswaldo Arcia's recent struggles
Figuring hitters out, a baseball lifer told me recently, is like trying to untangle a giant knot. At first you just try to attack it in the easiest manner possible. If that does not work, you pick...
