It's so nice to see baseball games being played again. This offseason was torturous.

Holy crap, those relievers are battling for probably two spots, if not one.

I finally brought a radio into work so I can actually start listening to the day games. I can't wait to hear about this outfield making some great catches.

It's supposedly raining there. It's windy as heck here in Ft Myers, with a tornado watch til 3. Tee time at 3:17. so everything's up in the air, literally.

The game started pretty much on time. The teams didn't get batting practice.

Hicks-Mastroianni-Mauer went 1-2-3 in the top of the 1st.

This is the point in which we need to say that he numbers that Pelfrey puts up today/this spring don't matter. It's only important that he is back on the mound again.

    And the Jays go 1-2-3...4-5-6...7.

11 strikes and 1 ball for Pelfrey though.

I think that the only thing that really matters for Pelfrey in spring training is that we see improvement throughout. He was up and down in this outing but we saw some good things in there as well.
