Getting a look at Burton next. Should be worth watching

Beautiful play on a ground ball up the middle by Chang... diving and then throwing batter out from his knees

1-2-3 inning for Burton not bad (but not really against MLB competition)

Burton fell behind one hitter 3-0 before getting the ground out on the dive by Chang, but otherwise a very clean inning. Fastball was 90-91 on the NESN gun, but a nice change up or two.

Hughes almost goes yard there. Well struck, anyway.

Those watching... did Burton throw FB/Cutter? How did it look?

I didn't notice a ton of movement on Burton's fastball.

Dumatrait gives up a leadoff double to RF to Pedroia

And a walk... Still no idea why they re-signed Dumatrait. The only interesting thing would be a Dumatrait throwing to Doumit battery, and that just phonetically...
