I don't think the problem with the Twins is with them not allowing pitchers to throw beyond 100 pitches.
I think the problem with the Twins is that, after 100 pitches, they can't throw strikes any more (and for that matter, that's often a problem before the 100 pitch mark).

Yes, i watched just in time to see us behind 6-0 and getting no hit. Switched to Diners, Drive-ins & Dives. Maybe we can beat the Red Sox to the punch and offer Mauer, Morneau, Blackburn & Nishi to the Dodgers for the same package.
