But maybe not for long unless he can improve at the plate.

I have been watching the Rays and the Angels. The much coveted Greinke has given up one run on a HBP and another on a walk. If Greinke can stink enough, maybe the Twins might have a shot at him.

I hope he can get a win today and another QS would be big.

We don't need Greinke when we got Deduno.

Although the returns were not ideal - nice AB by Florimon.

Ouch Doumit, that was close to being significantly worse than it was.

I know what you are saying, but you have to admit when you take the statement out of context of his entire career it turns into a sad commentary on the Twins history in signing free agents.

I do admit that. I also admit that Greinke is a "gamer".

I'm not sure what that means. For my generation a "gamer" is somebody who plays AD&D.

Could buy that arguement, but CJ Wilson was horrendous in the playoffs last yr & it didnt affect his market value at all

Dont even believe MN will be one of the teams 'rumoured' to go after Grienke. Think the organization has already ruled him out IMO.
They will go after Jeremey Guthrie....as my prediction only...& he had a no hitter thru 6!!! Get excited!!!

Deduno will almost need a miracle to get out of this inning without giving up a run.

I'm calling triple play. Deduno has luck on his side.
