Given his track record, that's not a good idea. There's too big a risk in trusting Francisco to string together consecutive above-average seasons.

This is his potential this is what he can and should be. I think it's dicey to let him go and try to sign an ace from somewhere else. but yes, his trade value is high and he does have a bad track record.

I agree, but if they do trade him, they might get something really good if he can keep pitching like he is pitching tonight.

Liriano is the closest to an ace that the Twins may have in the foreseeable future, and I would vote to keep him. But if they do trade him, tonight's performance may greatly enhance his value.
