Is there a major league team that runs the bases worse than your Minnesota Twins?
For that matter, is there a little league team that runs the bases worse than the Minnesota Twins?
Can we put an end to the Liddle as third base coach fiasco? He gives Plouffe the stop sign 30 feet down the line.

Is there a major league play by play guy that does a worse job of describing what's happening on the field than Dan Gladden?
For the love of all that's good in the game of baseball, keep him away from PbP duties. His performance at the end of the game was beyond atrocious.

I just logged on to see what's going on. You'd never know the Twins won the game, after shutout ball from the bullpen for inning after inning, with all the Gloomy Guses here.

anybody who has been on here complaining about Gray needs to at least give him this one. Come on guys he went 3 scoreless innings throwing 54 pitches. He does a hell of a job when the games on the line. He isn't flashy but he and revere are the reasons why we had the opportunity to win this game.

I agree; Gray's innings were very valuable. It was a fun game to watch in person, and I stayed until the end.
Today, I wrote a blog post about a similar game I attended in 2004, where the Twins beat the Mets 3-2 in 15 innings at the Metrodome: http://www.twinsdaily.com/entry.php?...-15-inning-win
