That play by Casilla was sheer laziness. Is it me or have the Twins acted like it's in the bag since Paulino left? This is awful.

Lots of errors by Dozier now, will they start calling him out like Plouffe soon?
Win Twins.

My god why can't they just get a look at what this guy is throwing, swing at so many pitches out of the zone. Just piss poor batting by Plouffe and Dozier.

Said before we know the results: mistake to let Blackburn face Moustakis.

It seems to me that our Twins are still a little confused as to whether they are playing slow pitch softball or fast pitch baseball. Their hitting rhythm is way off. It seems like Bruce Chen's performance and approach last night is continuing to linger and becoming a festering sore. On another note: Hooray Morneau!!!

We'll take 5.0 IP and 2 ER from Blackburn any day. Hope it sticks. I also want to underscore the point about Plouffe's hitting approach: ground into a double play on the first pitch of an AB, that was way insides -- well, that is just horrible. I like aggressive hitting when the pitcher is laying in the first pitch for a strike, but this approach has been fool hearty.

Nice to Revere really drive a bell like that triple. He absolutely cruised into 3B.

Is Herrera really throwing 100+ mph?

Manship looked great! I noticed his velocity is up to 94 mph and his curve is still awesome. One bloop hit off of him, no runs.

Manship was good but Dick's right, there is something wrong with that gun.

I am impressed by Blackburn's recovery from a poor first inning, and pray that he can join Liriano in giving us hope for a comeback. If only Dozier can start making fewer errors...

Burton has been a very good for us. WIth the WSOX losing tonight, and with a win for ourselves, we're just back 9 games. We've overcome more in a shorter amount of time... optimist hat is on.

Radar gun shows Perkins hitting 98 mph. I wonder if gun needs adjusting or if Perk is jazzed tonight.
