Weak arm in right, otherwise looks good.

Let's get some early runs for Cole and take the pressure off a little bit. Hopefully he pitches well and gets a win in his debut and the team gets a series win against their rivals from the South Side.

6-2 road trip would be great and we miss Verlander again

I think this is a running lineup. Of course, they have to get on first. Best of luck to De Vries.

Mauer needs to be batting second, Willingham third, etc. OBP matters, Gardenhire.

Tis defensive lineup would be so much better with Revere in center, and Span in right. Revere would be able to cheat to left-center, and Span would have a superior arm to gun down runners on the base paths. Can we blame Gardenhire for not putting his foot down on that, or Span for refusing to give us his position for a younger, faster defender?

The difference is probably minimal. Revere-Span-Willingham is how it should be or at least they should DH Willingham a bit more.

Iirc, Span has less range but is still better overall in CF. that might change as Revere gets more exp, but it migh be an issue with how Revere plays the position. I'd have to look it up as I'm not sure, though.

Why do you think that Revere has more range? Speed is not directly proportional to range.

Nice start for DeVries. I was wondering if we'd see a fly out!

Bennie at least tries for Konerko's blooper. Denard not taking charge was an issue in 2010 . Thought it had been corrected.

This should be a pretty quick review by the umps. No way that homerun holds up.
