Plouffe at 3rd scares me a little.

It could be scary, but this is good news. Hey, we all had to learn how to ride a bike when we were kids and we all for the most part sucked and then became pretty good at riding a bike. Let's give Plouffe a friendly push, give him some time, and hopefully he will become pretty good at playing third base. The Twin's really don't have anything to lose on this as there really is no more to lose. Time is something we have this season. I hope it works out.

This is like watching "The Natural" except that there is no Robert Redford sitting on the bench.

Jason Marquis is in his 6th organization in 7 years.
Perhaps there's a reason for that.

Mauer comes through with that groundout to second every time. The guy is automatic.

This team is the worst thing in the history of everything. All time.

It looks like Plouffe misses Valencia and wants to join him in Rochester.

I would bitch about Perkins being in the game, but down 4 in the 8th is probably what qualifies as "high leverage" for the Twins these days.
