Ha, not too active tonight with the NFL draft going on I see. Either that or no one is too satisfied that the only guy most people consider a competent starter has already given up 5 runs in 6 innings.

Edit: 5 runs in 5 innings, my mistake.

Only 4 of the 5 runs were earned... to be fair to the mustache. Although another start without a quality start. Ugh.

Wonder if Casilla will keep up the offense all year?

He never does. Usually he plays well right about the time people start whispering about replacing him, stays hot for a month, than gets injured and gets replaced anyway. I'm thinking Dozier T - 30 days due to a pulled hamstring.

    Yep, it's worth a 1 run deficit.

We got hosed big time in this game. The blown call on Revere would have just given him another shot.

But the difference between 1 run/2 still on/only 1 out and inning over if HUGE.

Can't get an out when we need it the most, can't get a hit when we need it the most....just frustrating.

We've gotten a couple of clutch hits in this game. Of course, one of them was called a double play instead.

Yes we have and that play was a tough one to take but the opportunities have been there to take control of this game and it's just always one hit short.

The missed chances are frustrating, but the offense as put 6 runs on the board. That should be enough for a W.

Yep, agreed but once again a day late and a dollar short.

This team used to win most of their one run games. The last couple years it seems almost every game is a one run decision but it ends in a loss. I'm not sure if the players just bought into the psychological impact of the Metrodome, but they definately aren't taking advantage of having a ton of runners in scoring postion.
