No, this isn't a primer for the upcoming series between the Twins and A's.

Let's hope the "sewage" is contained to the A's dugout over the next three days.

That happened in our school once and it was dreadfully awful for a couple of days.

Sewage in Oakland sounds like the name of an avant garde metal band.

This kinda begs the question: Would you rather have a competitive team in a dive of a stadium, like Oakland, or a team like the Twins and a home ballpark like Target Field?

Either way you have the odor...

Bad team in a nice ballpark over playing in Al Davis Stadium or whatever the hell it's called. The Metrodome with a good team would be a different story.

That park is horrible...it was bad in the mid-80s...I used to go there quite a bit. Yuck.

Now hold on a second, I believe the city of Oakland (and the territorial concsious Giants) say the Collesium is just fine and the A's don't need new digs in San Jose.

I liked Oakland everytime I visited- although I was based in around the downtown/Lake Merreit. Been by the Coliseum but never in it. It's been a few years, but it seems like it was in the middle of nowhere. Makes me appreciate Target Field

I'm guessing that was meant to be funny. :-)

Maybe not, but the series review might well have the same title.
