I'll be updating when scoring or other notable plays take place, if anyone is interested. Hopefully Hicks continues his hot streak!
Right now it's 0-0 in the bottom of the first inning, and Darin Mastroianni walked and promptly stole second base (4th steal of season for him).

Quite the early start, even in EDT.

Albers is one of a handful of lefties who could see an in-season promotion this year. And hopefully that happens, because it's a weak spot, prospect-wise.

Yea, shane, they do a few of these early starts here. Probably tough to get up for!

Aaron Hicks leads off the 4th with a double to right field. If I'm doing my counting right, that's 3 extra base hits in his last 3 games. And 5 total hits.

Hicks scores on Deibinson Romero single. 1-0 NB.
Dolence sacrifice bunts Romero (who had advanced to second on the throw) to third base.
Danny Lehmann flies into double play, Romero out at home.

Romero singles him in. Great to see Hicks doing this. Also good to see if Romero can bounce back and get his career going again.

Romero looked good at the plate a few nights ago when I was there -- 3 hits including a double. Fielding wasn't spectacular, though.

Quick inning for Martin, retires the side in order on 2 fly outs and a grounder.
Now it's up to NB to see if they can mount a comeback in the bottom of the 9th.

It looked like they were going to come on strong, scoring in both the 4th and 5th innings, but Harrisburg shut them down the rest of the way.
Good performances by: Hicks -- 1-for-3 with a double, walk and RBI; and Romero, 2-for-4 with 2 RBIs. Romero, though, also committed his second error of the young season.

Bobby Lanigan had a tough day out of the bullpen, giving up 4 ER in 2 innings. Oliveros and Martin didn't allow any runs, though, which was good.

New Britain falls to 4 and 3, and hits the road, probably now, to head to New Hampshire for a weekend series.
