Nice to see Wimmers back. Hope he can make a good comeback.

I keep forgetting that Wimmers could have a future with the Twins. This gives us one more top prospect to follow. "Top" in the Adam Brett Walker sense, not in the Alex Meyer or Oswaldo Arcia sense.

Don't lose sight of the great performance by Tim Atherton for the Kernals. He stood out from other relievers in the Kernals bullpen during my weekend in CR in June. In one inning, he walked the bases loaded, but also struck out the side. He can really bring it with heat and filthy movement. Perhaps the move to the starting rotation is helping him pitch more within himself and not try to do 'too much' in a relief role. Keep an eye on Atherton as an emerging prospect.

Walker is a beast. He's got so much talent and immense power.

And, I saw video of Grimes inside-the-park homer, and he can move! He's a very good athlete.

I really hope Wimmers can come back and re-establish himself as a high-end prospect. We could use all the help we can get when it comes to pitching.
