Gibson seven scoreless innings on 94 pitches. I guess for now that is consistency. There are still plenty of candidates to be removed from the rotation. C'mon Mr. Ryan, recall this guy!

No! We need to keep him down so we have room on the roster for what's his face. You know. That one guy?

This is the season that we need to see him in the bigs so that we learn what we have with him and/or learn his name.

Both Pelfrey and Corriea complained about arm soreness. I could see with a poor outing tomorrow Pelfrey going on the DL and Gibson being called up.

Yup! Perfect rotation slot pairing- which puts Gibson on pace for a Friday home start. That is of course, if the FO has seen enough "consistency" in the fact that 3 of his last 4 games have consisted of 26 shutout innings and one being a near-no-hitter....
