In addition to paying for my first few rounds can you pay for my flight to Minnesota?

Also, Brock, I assume it's cool that I sleep in your guest room? If you don't have a guest room I could always take the bedroom. I will bring a blow up mattress for you to sleep on if thats cool.

Thanks!

Cya all there!

A word of advice for Twins Festers: get a name tag with your name and Twitter handle to help people who only know you electronically find you in real life.

I have 37 aliases... which ones do I put on my name tag, Paul?

Not sure I'm going to make it this year, but it's very tempting. Regardless, I hope you all have a great time!

Jim, I recommend getting enough "Hello my name is" stickers to cover all relevant aliases, or if only wearing one, then use the most obscure alias and remain well below the radar.

Is chugging beers via Skype frowned upon?

If I'm still standing after the beer dabbler, we'll see if a guy can make it down

I would be very frightened of a few of the members with a few beers in them.

I wish we could have this in California. You guys are lucky not to be 2,000 miles away.

It's January and you live in California....who's lucky?

You have a point. The weather here is exceptional. But there are few opportunities to see the Twins in person, and I am not having a lot of luck lobbying she who must be obeyed to take a trip to Minnesota.

Full blooded "Kraut" who lives in a town full of Germans with a brewery brings the alcohol, I wonder who that might be........wait a minute.

Looks like I may make it up there Saturday, after all. Someone has to raise the average age of the group at Hubert's, right? Might as well be me.

So let me get this right: you walk into Hubert's and there's a bunch of folks staring at their smartphones tweeting ... and the beer's free?

I think I may just be up for that ...

Goes to show how far things have advanced. At the first one of these things I went to about four years ago, there were several laptop computers being tapped at. My smartphone weighs a lot less.
